Specialising in bespoke lash and brow services, including natural, customised eyelash extension sets, nourishing lash lifts, and precision brow treatments such as waxing, mapping, shaping, and tinting or dyeing, designed to complement and elevate your unique features. Phoebe also offers timeless, flawless makeup application for weddings, formals, and special occasions.

Now proudly based on the Mornington Peninsula, Phoebe Baldwin Beauty has found its new home inside Baie Aesthetics in Mornington, a welcoming space where comfort, care, and quality are at the core of every service.
